A well site in Saudi Arabia has an average of more than 100 operating wells every year. Each well produces an average of 300-400 tons of waste oil-based mud, and 40,000-50,000 tons of waste oil-based mud is produced every year, with an oil content of 49.7%. The previous treatment method was to incinerate the remainder after simple recycling. But it wastes resources and seriously pollutes the environment. After using our D2132 in 2023, its crude oil recovery rate will reach 99.7% and the annual crude oil recovery is close to 21,000 tons, which greatly improves economic benefits. The oil content of the treated mud and sand is less than 0.2%, and can be directly landfilled or used for road construction.
